Attorney Mary Woodruff was born in St. Louis, MO.  The daughter of a Pastor, the family moved to Baltimore, Maryland while she was a young child.  She attended school in Baltimore before moving to Prince George's County where she has lived for over a decade.  Mrs. Woodruff is a graduate of Stevenson University (Stevenson, MD) and the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law.  Post doctoral studies include an LLM in Small Business Practices.  

Prior to becoming a lawyer Mrs. Woodruff was a litigation paralegal for over 20 years.
